C2060H Roller Chain Dimensions

C2060H roller chain is a double pitch heavy-duty series chain that is specifically manufactured for moderate to heavy-duty conveying applications. The purpose of a transmission roller chain is to transfer energy from the drive, but double pitch transmission chains have the added capability of providing an ample conveying surface and attachment surface because of their elongated pitch and straight sidebars. Our C2060H double pitch chain is manufactured dimensionally to ANSI B29.1 specifications and is extremely durable and of high strength. Each component that goes into this roller chain has been heat-treated, shot, peened, and pre-stretched at the factory to produce a long-lasting and high-performance C2060H chain. It features a solid roller design that allows for it to withstand higher shock loads as well as operate much longer than those that do not have the solid roller design. The shot peening and heat-treatment done to each component make this chain much more resistant to wear and the pre-stretching from the factory will greatly reduce initial stretch and stretch over time. This chain is typically supplied as 10' boxes but we also stock 50' reels and 100' reels for customers who need longer lengths.
